1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suplo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Suplo is an educational financial talent discovery platform. The Investment Simulator allows users to log simulated trades using real-time market prices for educational and portfolio-tracking purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Suplo is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

Simulated trades on Suplo do not represent real investments.
Past performance on the Simulator does not guarantee future results.
You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any real investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Suplo. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

6. Simulator Rules

All trade prices are fetched in real-time from Finnhub and cannot be manually edited.
Trade history is permanent — logged trades cannot be deleted by the user.
The Suplo Score is calculated algorithmically and is for informational purposes only.
Rankings reflect simulated performance and do not imply real investment skill.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to manipulate rankings or scores through fraudulent activity
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Platform
Share your account with third parties

8. Content Policy

Suplo lets users create profiles and publish content such as names, biographies, institutions, investment theses, and other information ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post, and the following content is strictly prohibited:

False or misleading information — including fabricated credentials, misrepresented affiliations, or deceptive claims about performance or identity.
Offensive content — including hateful, harassing, abusive, obscene, or violent material.
Spam — including unsolicited promotions, repetitive posts, or content posted to manipulate the Platform.
Impersonation — posing as another person, institution, or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
Infringement of third-party rights — content that violates any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.

You retain responsibility for your User Content at all times. Suplo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates this policy, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate it. Users may report content they believe violates this policy using the reporting tools provided on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Suplo is the property of Suplo. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suplo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
